Purchasing the e-courses / LIVE courses at tribalknowledgeacademy.org through Bloodlines Tribes Starfamily LLC grants you a nonexclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our copyrighted materials and/or documentation solely for your own personal and non-commercial use. Our e-courses /LIVE courses are protected under Canadian, United States, and foreign copyrights. The copying, redistribution, use, or publication by you of any of the content within our e-courses / LIVE courses is strictly prohibited. Your purchase of our e-courses / LIVE courses does not grant you any ownership rights to our e-courses / courses. Any breach in the terms of this agreement may result in termination of your access to the e-courses / LIVE course materials, and will result in swift legal action against you by Bloodlines Tribes Starfamily LLC.

It is unlawful to make any reproduction, copy, broadcast, or distribution of the material offered throughout this course without the written consent of our licensed providers, and his or her affiliates. Policy On DropBox Links

All link purchases are tagged and tracked by us, this includes the LIVE and the pre-recorded links. NEVER share out any course links under any circumstances. This is equivalent to theft. Doing so, will get you permanently banned from all Tribal Knowledge Academy services and will result in a permanent revocation / access to any and all Tribal Knowledge Academy instructors, including Johnathan Mercedes and Dawn Treader. We will know who shared out the links when they shouldn't have, based on the tag attached to each link that we send out. Links are easily tracked.

All course content is under copyright protection and falls under ©️ all rights reserved. Anyone who is found "sharing" course content, will be legally responsible for every copyright violation that occurs. No Recording Allowed of Our LIVE Courses

The entire course will be recorded by the course provider and sent to you once it becomes available. There is no need to try to record a course (nor is it allowed by us), as you will receive a digital copy (for you to keep) from your course instructor. As the course is copywritten to Tribal Knowledge Academy, we will not allow you to make recordings of your own, or redistribute the course in any type of manner. The course copy provided by Tribal Knowledge Academy is intended for personal use only.

NOTE: A recording of the session is something that we offer as a bonus feature given to those who attended the LIVE course. We make no guarantees or promises that we will provide the live session RECORDING to you upon completion of the course. When you are purchasing a seat to the LIVE course, you are purchasing a ticket to attend the course itself, and not purchasing the actual recording of the course. Under most circumstances, the recording of the course is something you will receive after the LIVE course gets hosted, but that is not something that is guaranteed or promised by us. The recording is something that we offer as a bonus only, based on our own determination. We reserve the right to change our mind on providing a recording at any time, without warning and prior notification.

Claims of Copyright Infringement

We will respond quickly to claims of copyright infringement as found in our E-course, according to the terms of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA) as found under United States law (17 USC. § 512). If you believe any copyrights are infringed by our E-course, please provide us with a written notice via mail, fax, or email that contains the following information:

(1) An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest;

(2) A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;

(3) A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on our Website;

(4) Your address, telephone number, and email address;

(5) A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and

(6) A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

We are only required to respond to those notices that substantially comply with the above requirements. We will investigate your claim and will notify by the method of contact you used to file your notice with us.
