CODE OF CONDUCT

This code of conduct is designed to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all users / parties involved, promoting integrity and accountability.

You agree that you will abide by the Tribal Knowledge Academy / Bloodlines Tribes Starfamily LLC Code of Conduct, incorporated herein by this reference, and all applicable laws in connection with your use of the Tribal Knowledge Academy / Bloodlines Tribes Starfamily LLC website, products, and services.

You certify that you will not use the Tribal Knowledge Academy / Bloodlines Tribes Starfamily LLC / Johnathan Mercedes work & research, and Dawn Treader's work in ANY malicious manner, and you certify that you are purchasing the service provided by Tribal Knowledge Academy / Bloodlines Tribes Starfamily LLC for personal and private at-home use only, and not for the purposes of malicious intent, such as passing the information along to third parties who have not purchased the information directly. You agree that by making ANY and ALL purchases from Tribal Knowledge Academy / Bloodlines Tribes Starfamily LLC that you are here from a place of integrity, honesty, with the intent to learn. If you are here for any other reason, such as harvesting data on behalf of 'bad actors,' competetors, folks with malicious intent, and anyone who hasn't paid for the service, you certify and agree that you will be 100% liable for any and all damages resulting from your actions and from you passing information to third parties, outside of personal use in the privacy of your own home. This means that you are not to share out, pass along to anyone, and discuss the contents of your audio session recordings, nor share out, pass along to anyone, and discuss the contents of your service materials, such as any digital media, booklets, and reports you may receive from Tribal Knowledge Academy / Bloodlines Tribes Starfamily LLC.

By agreeing to our TERMS & CONDITIONS and purchasing the services, courses, and Johnathan Mercedes, Dawn Treader, Tribal Knowledge Academy, Bloodlines Tribes Starfamily LLC products, you certify the following:

1. Personal Use Certification: You certify and agree that you are purchasing services from Tribal Knowledge Academy / Bloodlines Tribes Starfamily LLC - SOLELY for personal, private use at home and not for malicious purposes, including but not limited to sharing information with others who have not made a purchase.

   
   

2. Copyright Integrity: You certify and agree not to falsify, delete, or disable any copyright management information, including author attributions and proper notices, nor to remove or obscure any proprietary designations or labels indicating content origin or source.

   
   

3. License Compliance: You certify and agree to adhere to all applicable license agreements, including end user licenses, codes of conduct, and terms of service, and you will not violate any of these agreements as they may pertain to the services provided.

   
   

4. Prohibition of Data Harvesting: You certify and agree that you will not harvest, in an automated or any other manner, personal information from other users, including email addresses, and you agree not to use such information to send unsolicited emails or for any unauthorized marketing purposes. You will also not harvest, an automated or any other manner, information presented in sessions, courses, books, digital products, podcasts / audio media, and any and all other Tribal Knowledge Academy / Bloodlines Tribes Starfamily LLC media, content, and products.

   
   

5. Compliance with Laws: You certify and agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations and will not promote or engage in any illegal activities through the use of our services.

   
   

6. No Sale of Information: You certify and agree that you will not use the services or any obtained information to sell, distribute, or share content with competing businesses or any third parties without explicit authorization.

   
   

7. Prohibition of Impersonation: You certify and agree not to impersonate any person or entity, including but not limited to, using another user’s account, falsely claiming an affiliation with any person or entity, or misrepresenting your identity or affiliation. You may also not falsify your intent for being here, and / or obtain services, products and schedule sessions under false pretenses. Johnathan Mercedes, Dawn Treader, Tribal Knowledge Academy, Bloodlines Tribes Starfamily LLC do not want to deal with any deceptive characters, bad actors, liars and theives. If you are here for any reason apart from learning, or if you are here with deceptive intent in mind, you are in violation of our TERMS & CONDITIONS and will be held liable under the full extent of the law for any actions that occur due to your malicious intent / actions.

   
   

8. Non-Disclosure of Information: You certify and agree that you will not disclose any information obtained through the services, including trade secrets or proprietary information, to any unauthorized third parties.

   
   

9. Respect for User Privacy: You certify and agree to respect the privacy of all users and will not engage in any behavior that compromises the security or privacy of others, including stalking or harassing other users.

   
   

10. Appropriate Use of Content: You certify and agree not to use the content or services provided for the creation of competing products or services, or for any similar purposes that may undermine our business interests.

    
    

11. No Disruptive Behavior: You certify and agree that you will not engage in any behavior that disrupts the normal functioning of our services, including submitting malware, spamming, or causing disturbances to the network or content delivery. You will also not falsely accuse, slander or disparage Johnathan Mercedes, Dawn Treader, Tribal Knowledge Academy, Bloodlines Tribes Starfamily LLC in any manner, whatsoever.

    
    

12. Suspension of Services: You certify, agree and acknowledge that any violation of this code of conduct may result in the suspension or termination of your access to our services, without prior notice.

    
    

13. Consent to Terms: You certify and agree that by using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to comply with this code of conduct, as well as any additional TERMS AND CONDITIONS outlined by Tribal Knowledge Academy / Bloodlines Tribes Starfamily LLC.

You also certify and agree that you will not use the Tribal Knowledge Academy / Bloodlines Tribes Starfamily LLC / Johnathan Mercedes work & research, and Dawn Treader's work & research to upload, post, or otherwise distribute any User Content that:

• restricts or inhibits any other user from using and enjoying the Tribal Knowledge Academy website. For example, being disruptive with vulgar language, abusiveness, inputting excessively large images so the screen goes by too fast to read, use of excessive SHOUTING (all caps) in an attempt to disturb other users, "spamming," or flooding (continuous posting repetitive text), all of which are prohibited conduct or send surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, chain letters, junk email, spam or any duplicative or unsolicited messages (commercial or otherwise).

  
  

• falsify, delete or disable any copyright management information, such as author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of content.

  
  

• violate any license agreement (including, without limitation, any end user license, code of conduct or other terms of use/service or guidelines) which may be applicable for any particular Service.

  
  

• harvest (in an automated manner or otherwise) or otherwise collect personal information about others, including e-mail addresses, or use such information to send unsolicited emails.

  
  

• violate any applicable laws or regulations, or promote or encourage any illegal activity.

  
  

• impersonate or create a false identity for the purpose of misleading others.

REMEDIES

You acknowledge that Tribal Knowledge Academy / Bloodlines Tribes Starfamily LLC may suffer irreparable damage if you breach any of the provisions governing ownership, the license granted or license limitations. You therefore agree that if you breach any of these provisions, in addition to damages and reasonable attorneys' fees, Tribal Knowledge Academy / Bloodlines Tribes Starfamily LLC shall be entitled to enjoin such breach and to obtain specific performance of such provisions in any court of competent jurisdiction.
